Meet Esteban

Esteban Conde is a full time Dance Instructor/Trainer certified by DVIDA, a professional teacher organization governed by The National Dance Council of America (NDCA), the official governing body for dancing in the United States. Esteban is recognized in the social Latin scene, both nationally and internationally, as one of the best Salsa/Chacha/Merengue, Bachata and Tango dancers/instructors. Esteban is well known for his originality and style, characterized by his display of fast and fluid footwork that accents his strong and smooth upper body movement as well as a strong but gentle lead.

Originally from Argentina, Esteban has been dancing and making a name for himself in the Latin Dance scene for the last 10 years. He has provided instruction at many major Latin Dance venues in Southern California for the last 5 years, among them the well-known Salsa clubs such as Tapas and Cafe Sevilla. He has choreographed and has been featured in many dance productions for social, private, and community events due to his knowledge and expertise in dances such as Salsa, Cha-cha, Social Latin Dance, Argentine Tango, Waltz, American Tango, Swing, Rumba, and the Hustle.

Esteban divides his time traveling, performing, teaching and judging in many cities nationally. He has performed and conducted group classes for many large companies such as Orbit Medical, Noni International, and Boeing. Esteban has also worked as a choreographer for various individuals, events and movies. He has appeared as a lead dancer in shows on channels Univision, Telemundo, CBS and KDOC, and was showcased in the most popular Spanish TV Show in Latin America and The U.S.: "Sabado Gigante: with Don Francisco.” Currently, Esteban continues to compete and perform, and teach advanced workshops in Salsa competitions and congresses around the country. Along with his current dance partner Marisa Hamamoto, Esteban continues to grow as a professional dancer and proudly represent Orange County around the world. He is currently also teaching private dance classes full time in the city of Laguna Niguel, California, and can occasionally be seen performing dances he choreographed with some of his students in local showcases Pro-Am competitions. His main focus is to spread the joy and love for dancing to his students, help them learn and grow in their lives through dancing.
